Ingredients and allergens
Ingredient lists are provided on each product page and package. Our teas, chocolates, and body care products are prepared in a space that may also handle tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, and other allergens. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Organic statements
MyTea Company is not certified organic. Our blends use ingredients that are certified organic by our suppliers, and those ingredients are identified as organic in each product's ingredient list. We do not use the USDA Organic seal.
Body care products
Body care products are for external use only. Perform a patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
Orders, returns, and refunds
Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact us within [14] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or issue a refund. Custom blends are made to order and are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Chocolates are shipped at the buyer's risk during warm weather.
