Floral, warm, and deeply grounding — the cup to reach for when the day is winding down.
Rooibos stem pieces give it an earthy, honeyed sweetness with almost no tannin, which means it never turns bitter no matter how long you forget about it. Lavender softens the edges. Hibiscus brightens the whole thing with a clean tartness and turns the liquor a deep ruby. Rose petals finish it soft and a little romantic.
This is the everyday one. Naturally caffeine free, so it works at nine in the morning or nine at night.
Four organic ingredients, hand-blended in small batches on the Oregon Coast: rooibos stem pieces*, lavender flowers*, hibiscus petal pieces*, & rose petals*. (USDA organic ingredients*).
To brew: one heaping teaspoon per 8 oz cup, water just off the boil, steeped 5–7 minutes. Rooibos is forgiving — a long steep makes it stronger, not bitter. Lovely hot, genuinely excellent iced.

One note: hibiscus is best avoided during pregnancy, and if you take blood pressure medication it's worth a word with your doctor before drinking it regularly.
